Mosaic Life Care, a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network serving communities across Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa, has reported a data breach connected to its third-party vendor, Oracle Health (formerly known as Cerner). The breach came to light after a threat actor contacted Mosaic Life Care claiming to possess patient information, which was verified on April 29, 2025.
The compromised information includes sensitive data such as Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, dates of birth, treating physicians, dates of service, medication information, insurance information, and treatment or diagnostic information.
